  • Pre-cooked lasagna
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cooked beetrages
  • 1 cream box (I used a lactose-free and light one)
  • 250 cc milk (I also used lactose-free and skimmed milk)
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Saute the onion with the garlic until it is very cooked and releases a lot of juice
  • Step 2
  • *I leave it in a covered pot with medium heat*
  • Step 3
  • Chop the beetroot into pieces and add it to the pot, also add the cream. Stir a little so that they mix and permeate the flavors (put the pot away)
