There are several ways to prepare a delicious lasagna, with different proteins and fillings, but today we are going to cook a chicken lasagna, an easy, fast and economical preparation.
Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the lasagna for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

Meanwhile, place the chicken breast in a saucepan and cover with water. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and crumble.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC, dissolve the broth cube in hot water. Mix the shredded brisket with the dissolved broth, cream cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Pour 1/3 cup of sauce into a 23×33 refractory mold and distribute to cover the bottom completely. Place half of the chicken on top of the sauce and cover with 3 sheets of lasagna. Pour more sauce over the lasagna and add the rest of the chicken. Cover with the remaining lasagna and pour the rest of the sauce over it. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
