Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 onion in feather
  • 1/2 julienned paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Full dressing/ oregano
  • Coriander optional.

    Step 1
