1 can of cooked lentils (400 g weight when drained)
350 g minced veal
1 red bell pepper
1 scallion
1 garlic
500 ml broth (I use vegetable broth)
1 large tablespoon of red curry paste
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Chopped fresh coriander
Salt and olive oil.

Instructions:
Step 1
Chop the onion, garlic and cut the pepper into julienne strips. We put them to fry with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Once the onion is browned, add the minced meat with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
When it has changed color, add the broth and curry paste. Mix, taste for salt and add the rest of the spices (ginger, turmeric and curry). We test and rectify if necessary.
Step 4
After about 8-10 minutes, add the well-drained lentils. Stir very gently and let us cook another 5 minutes
Step 5
Serve with chopped coriander and that's it!!! Let's eat!!
