2 cups dried white beans
1 onion, finely chopped
2 red peppers, diced
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Step 1
Rinse and soak the dried beans overnight. Cook them until tender, then drain.
Step 2
In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic in vegetable oil until softened.
Step 3
Add chopped red peppers and tomatoes to the pan, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Stir in tomato paste, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Combine the cooked beans with the vegetable mixture and transfer to a baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
