  • 1 medium tomato.
  • 1 green bell pepper.
  • 1 red bell pepper.
  • 2 medium sized cucumbers.
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans of tuna.
  • extra virgin olive oil.
  • vinegar.
  • salt.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Rinse the beans very well to remove any traces of the preserving liquid. Once rinsed and well drained, pour them into a large bowl or salad bowl.
