1 pound (450g) flank steak, thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for a few minutes until they turn bright green.
Step 5
Return the cooked beef to the pan and pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir well.
Step 6
Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
Step 7
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 8
Serve hot over cooked rice.
