Instructions:
Step 1
First we prepare the crispy ham.

We put one or two slices of ham on a plate, between baking paper, and place another plate on top so that it weighs. We put it in the microwave, watching it from minute to minute, until it releases the fat and is crispy and set aside.

Sear the sirloin on high heat and finish it over medium heat so that it can be done inside.

We put the cheese on the grill until it becomes like a crust on both sides and that inside it is creamy but without melting.
