Ingredients

  • 1 minced sausage
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 Laurel Leaves
  • 200 ml of red wine
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce
  • Basil Leaves
  • Water or broth
  • Sal
  • Pimienta

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Peel the tomatoes and remove the skin, pulp and seeds.
  • Step 2
  • Make a stir-fry, to do this, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pot and add the onion and garlic. Let them fry for 10 minutes, on low heat.

  • Add the meat and sausage, make sure that they are sealed on all sides. Add the garlic and bay leaves.
