  • 1 large carrot or 2 smaller carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 scallion
  • 2 garlics
  • 4 tbsp fried tomatoes
  • 1 can of beer (I used a piece of toast)
  • 1 tsp cornmeal
  • Salt and olive oil
  • Spices
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (if we don't have it, we'll use dry)
  • 1 tbsp marjoram (oregano could replace it)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • Ground pepper

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Chop the vegetables and sauté them in our pot with a tablespoon of olive oil for about 8 minutes until the onion begins to change color.
  • Step 2
  • Add the peppered rabbit and add the spices. We are going to fry everything for another 6-8 minutes until we see that the rabbit takes color.
  • Step 3
  • We will then add the tomato. We stir the beer very well and finally.
  • Step 4
  • Let everything boil together for about 15 minutes. With 5 minutes to go, mix the cornmeal in a little water (half a cup), without any lumps... and pour it into the pot. Let it thicken and that's it!
