  • 6 pork chops

  • 2 sausages

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Saute the vegetables with oil, until the flavors are suitable, add salt to taste and seasonings
  • Step 2
  • Then add the pork chops until they are sealed on both sides.
  • Step 3
  • Add the chicken, the sausages cut into pieces of approximately 3 cm, add the fillet cut into 3 to 5 cm medallions, then sear for about 2 minutes
  • Step 4
  • Add white wine approximately 1 liter, stir every 15 minutes trying to turn the ingredients that are from top to bottom, place the lid of the disc and maintain a strong fire for approximately 30 minutes, then keep on semi-strong heat for the rest of the time

  • Try the broth to rectify if there is no salt, after 1 hour add the seafood, add wine or beer if necessary and don't forget the lid to cook evenly

  • Once the meat and seafood are cooked, remove the disc from the heat, leave the lid on for 15 minutes and then serve on a deep plate, ideally accompany it with red wine or beer, depending on your taste and enjoy
