Ingredients

  • 1.5 Kg of meat (belly cover, tapapetto, guachalomo, spare rib).
  • 100 ml Spiced oil (garlic, rosemary and oregano)
  • 200 g of chopped onion
  • 150 g of carrot
  • 200 grams of chopped ripe tomato
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 cup of parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 glasses of water

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In an express pot, put oil to heat, and add the meat. Let it brown on all sides, approximately 20 minutes it will take you. Remove the meat from the pot and set it aside.
  • Step 2
  • Add the vegetables to the pot: carrot, onion, tomato, paprika, parsley, garlic, oregano.
  • Step 3
  • Add the salt, wine, water and reincorporate the meat.
  • Step 4
