  • 10 grams of rocoto, in paste or minced.
  • 10 grams of kion, powdered or chopped.
  • 150 grams of brown sugar.
  • 50 grams of honey.
  • 250 ml of white wine.
  • 200 ml of sherry vinegar.
  • 200 ml of sillao (soy sauce).
  • 1 kg of pork ribs.
