Ingredients

  • 500g boneless pork, cubed
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Marinate pork in vinegar, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and salt for 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

  • Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

  • Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Add marinated pork and cook until it turns brown.
