  • 200 g champignons
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 Chinese cabbage or cabbage

    Step 1

  • Step 2
  • We are cutting the vegetables. The mushrooms in slices, the carrot in thin sticks and the cabbage in small pieces.

  • Add the cabbage and stir again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 8
  • Cover the pan to make it easier for the vegetables to cook with their own steam. We stir from time to time.

  • Remove when we see that the cabbage is tender but still crisp (or depending on how you like the point of the cabbage). We serve.
