In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the ground pork and chicken, and cook until they are no longer pink.

Season the meat with five-spice powder, black pepper, sugar, and fish sauce. Mix well and let it cool.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares or rectangles.
