Recipe of Cake with raisins.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• Vanilla essence to taste
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup oil a handful of raisins
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• Optional: coloured sprinkles.

Directions

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

   Mix all the ingredients, whisk well so that the sugar is incorporated very well into the mixture.

   To empty a mold, I use those that look like very thick paper.

   Finally, with the mixture already in the mold, you put the sprinkles on top of it and that's it! In the oven for approximately 40 minutes, it depends on your oven ☺️

   Ready! You have a delicious cake.
