Ingredients

  • 1 package of pasta of your choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.)
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of chipotle sauce in adobo
  • Grated cheese to sprinkle on top (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in boiling salted water.
