Recipe of Condensed milk and lemon peel cake

Ingredients

• Cepcake
• 1 cup flour
• 1 jar of condensed milk (395 g)
• 4 eggs
• 50 g butter
• 1 scoop baking powder
• Glazed
• 1 1/2 cup flower sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 cuch water.

Directions

   Cupcake: In a bowl, whisk all the liquid ingredients together, then add flour and baking powder. Mix well and bake at 160º for 50 minutes.

   Glaze: The ingredients are brought to a bain-marie until a homogeneous paste is created

   The icing is put on the cake and garnished immediately with lemon zest before the icing hardens.
