Instructions:
Step 1
Let the clams soak in salt water for 1 hour, rinse and drain. Peel the prawns. Clean the mussels thoroughly, wash them and drain them.
Step 2
Peel the onion and garlic, chop them. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add the garlic and sauté it a little, then add the onion and sauté it for 5 minutes, until it starts to brown.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomato, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the clams, mussels and prawns. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the mollusks have opened (we will remove those that remain closed)
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salt water for as long as the package indicates and drain them). Add the spaghetti to the pan and sauté them for 1 minute while stirring.
Step 6
Sprinkle with washed and chopped parsley. We serve.
