Instructions:
Step 1
Toast the bread cut in half (four pieces) and toast it on the grill.
Step 2
Spread the stracchino cheese. If it's burrata cheese, I recommend breaking it in 4 and placing each quarter right on top of the bread as soon as you take it out of the oven so that it melts.
Step 3
Place the artichokes on top of the chopped bruschettas, or cut into julienne or halves (to taste). Dress with a teaspoon of Mejunge on top.
