You can add grated cheese, ham squares and sauces to taste.

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • Pimienta
  • Parmesan flavoured
  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 tablespoons sobrasada
  • Salt.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Heat the sobrasada over high heat in the pan for 2-3 minutes
  • Step 2
  • In a jar or bowl, mix the yolks, grated Parmesan, ground black pepper and oil (all a little to taste) and we will have a slightly thick paste
  • Step 3
  • We make the pasta
  • Step 4
  • Pour the pasta into the pan where we have the sobrasada and add a pot of cooking water. At medium/strong heat we unify everything for 1 or 2 min
  • Step 5
  • In the end we add the pasta we have made and we remove and unify everything. In the end we can grate Parmesan on top.
