Instructions:
Step 1
In a wok we put the oil on the fire, when it is hot we fry the washed potatoes cut into large tacos with a little salt for just 10 minutes, set aside and in the same oil we sauté the sausages and when they start to brown we set aside.
Step 2
Then we put the potatoes in the wok, on top of the sausages, and on top of the onion, season and do a few turns all together, then add the beer and wine.
Step 3
Let it cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, we will see that the wine and beer have almost disappeared, leaving us a delicious dish, the potatoes are a little candied, with a great flavor, we serve immediately.
