  • 75 gr. of butter.
  • 1/3 cup of flour.
  • 2 cups of milk.
  • 2/3 cup of sour cream.
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
  • 2 jalapeños.
  • 1 ½ cup of shredded cheese (divided)
