  • 1 small onion cut in brunoise.
  • 1 pinch of oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 200 g of leek in brunoise or very small pieces.
  • 150 g of Parmesan cheese.
  • 200 g of mayonnaise.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the help of a brush or sponge, then cut them into thick wedges or slices.
