Instructions:
Step 1
Wash and then cook the potatoes with skin in salted water until they begin to soften in the center (20 - 25 min). Then place in cold water. Peel and cut into cubes of desired size.
Step 2
In parallel, cook the spring in the minimum amount of water (place boiling water until you start to see above the spring, without covering). Cook until it's almost dry (spring).
Step 3
In parallel, cook the eggs (8 min). Then place in cold water and peel.
Step 4
Chop the goat cheese into cubes.
Step 5
Mix the chopped potatoes, spring and goat cheese. Add oil and season.
Step 6
You can add some herbs to taste (parsley, basil, or other).
