  • 1 onion.
  • 2 garlics.
  • 100 ml. of milk.
  • 300 ml. Of heavy cream.
  • 80 gr. of cheddar.
  • 100 gr. of Parmesan cheese.
  • Salt and pepper.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
