You can eat it with raisins and plenty of peanuts to decorate. You can place chocolate in squares.

Ingredients

  • 300 g butter
  • 300 g eggs (approx. 6 units)
  • 500 g sugar
  • 50 cc vanilla essence
  • 50 cc rum or cognac
  • 1 kg leavening flour
  • 600 cc milk or water
  • 100 gr. raisins
  • 250 gr. brightened fruits
  • 150 gr. dried fruits of your choice.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cream the butter and sugar, after they have been well integrated, the essence is added, do not stop beating until it reaches the point where the mixture turns whitish.
  • Step 2
  • On the other hand, place the raisins in a bowl, add rum or cognac and a few tablespoons of water and reserve it
  • Step 3
  • Tip: Can be replaced with wine or orange juice
  • Step 4
  • Returning to the creaming, add the eggs one by one while we beat, but all very slowly so that the preparation does not cut
  • Step 5
  • Tip: If it has been cut, you can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour and continue whisking, and then add the eggs again. Remember that you have to beat for 1 minute between each addition or until we see that everything has been integrated very well.
  • Step 6
  • Add ½ part of the flour and ½ of the milk, we must integrate this already with a spatula; after everything has been mixed very well we add the other remaining halves

  • Tip 1: It could also be done in the mixer, but this one must be powerful
  • Step 8
  • Tip 2: Check with a spoon; when you raise a certain proportion of the dough and when you pour it back into the container, it should fall whole, without the need to force it. If this point is reached, the preparation is ready

  • STEP 5: Place in the molds and place in the preheated oven. Temperature: approx. 180 ºC.
