Instructions:

Step 1
• In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar and mix
Step 2
• Add the butter and continue to incorporate.
Step 3
• If the butter is very cold it will cost more to add it, it is better to take it out of the fridge a little earlier to make it easier to handle.
Step 4
• Finally, add the flour and mix until a very homogeneous dough is obtained.
Step 5
• Pour into a pudding bowl and bake at 180° for 30/40min.
Step 6
• The pudding has to be dry and it is tested by puncturing a stick inside, when taking it out it should not be wet.
