  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon of coffee.
  • Orange juice, 1/2 cup.
  • Zest of 1 large or 2 medium sized oranges.
  • Sugar, 1 cup and a half.
  • Vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon of coffee.
  • Eggs, 4.
  • Impalpable sugar, 1 cup.
  • Orange liqueur (or juice), 4 tablespoons.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and prepare an English pudding mold No. 4, moistening it with vegetable spray first and then lining the base with greased baking paper.

  • Sift together the flours, salt and baking powder. Book.

  • Place in the mold and bake for another hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.

  • Take it out of the oven and wait 15 minutes to unmold.
  • Step 9
  • When it is completely cold, pour over the icing, which is made by whipping the impalpable sugar with the orange liqueur or juice, if you prefer.
