  • 200 g of rice for sushi.
  • 2 nori seaweed.
  • 150 g of sea bass fillet.
  • 2 lemons.
  • ½ tablespoon of kion or ginger.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • ½ cup of fresh coriander.
  • 2 lettuce leaves.
  • 100 g of toasted corn.
  • 1 avocado cut into strips.
  • 1 tablespoon of fish broth.
  • Bamboo mat.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Film paper.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cut the fish fillet into thin slices and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In a blender, process the coriander, fish stock, ginger, garlic and the juice of the two lemons.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste, sift and set aside in the refrigerator.

  • Cover the mat with plastic wrap.
  • Step 5
  • Place the nori seaweed and add the rice, stretching all over the surface leaving the ends uncovered.

  • Carefully turn the seaweed over the plastic wrap to leave the rice on top.
  • Step 7
  • Add the lettuce leaves in the center, then the avocado strips and carefully roll up the mat, pressing to compact it well.
  • Step 8
  • Place the fish fillets on top of the roll, roll it up again with the mat to stick it to the rice.
  • Step 9
  • Cut the roll into two-centimeter pieces.
  • Step 10
  • Serve the portions on a plate, add the tiger's milk over the rolls and garnish with toasted corn.
