Chop the chicken body and brown it in a pan or paella pan with a little olive oil

Saute garlic, onion and pepper in the same pan where the chicken body is browning

Add a splash of fried tomato and 4 fists of rice or whatever size they normally use per person. And we mix for two minutes. (On other occasions I have added canned peas)

Add the chicken stock brick and half a tablet of vegetable broth and a pinch of salt to taste.
