3 cups of cold cooked white rice
2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup of green peas
1 carrot, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Step 1
In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the beaten eggs and quickly stir-fry until they begin to set.
