Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tray of various mushrooms
  • 1 tray of natural chicken or chicken scraps
  • 1 red onion
  • c/n cheese that melts well
  • To taste dried cilantro or dried parsley
  • 2 pinches garlic powder
  • To taste ground pepper
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a pan or wok, fry the peeled and julienned onion (strips).
  • Step 2
  • Chop up the mushrooms a little more; I did it with scissors in the same container they came in.
  • Step 3
  • Before the onion is ready, add them and give them a few turns so that they can be done. Add the spices and chicken, stir again and let it finish cooking.
  • Step 4
  • In the meantime, heat a tortilla in another pan, placing the cheese on top of it in pieces or thin slices only in half of the tortilla from the beginning.
  • Step 5
  • When the cheese starts to soften, put half of the filling and on top add another little cheese, folding the part of the empty tortilla over the one with the filling.
  • Step 6
  • Let it cook for another minute and repeat the operation with the other two tortillas and the rest of the filling.
