    Mix the eggs with the sugar and beat for 5 minutes to whiten and air out. Then add the oil and continue whisking.

    Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the preparation

    Optionally add sugar to the chosen mold and caramelize. Before putting the pineapples on the bottom, or as in my case, putting just a small mattress of uncaramelized sugar and the pineapples on top, add all the preparation

    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the oven, at 180 degrees, prick with a stick, if it comes out dry to enjoy
