- 2 chickens
- 1/2 kilo of sausage (sausage type)
- 1/2 kilo of clams
- 1/2 kilo of choritos (mussels)
- 1/2 kilo of machas (giant clams)
- 1/2 kilo of potatoes
- 1/2 kilo of chuchoca (toasted corn flour)
- 1 onion
- 2 leeks
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 bay leaf
