Instructions:
Step 1
In a large pan with oil, add the whole and clean cuttlefish. We brown on both sides
Step 2
While we cut the zucchini into large pieces
Step 3
When the cuttlefish starts to turn pink, turn it over and add the zucchini with a handful of salt to the pan. Saute for a few minutes
Step 4
While we chop the pepper into pieces and add it to the pan. Saute for about 5 minutes
Step 5
While we chop the tomatoes and slice the garlic
Step 6
Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes
Step 7
Add the tomato and sauté another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the cuttlefish with chopped parsley
Step 8
When the vegetable is poached, add a glass of white wine (if the tomato has released a lot of liquid you can cut it and put half a glass) and a pinch of turmeric. Cook another 15 minutes over medium boiling heat
