  • 4 small, clean cuttlefish
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 3 garlics
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt, chopped parsley and turmeric

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a large pan with oil, add the whole and clean cuttlefish. We brown on both sides
  • Step 2
  • While we cut the zucchini into large pieces
  • Step 3
  • When the cuttlefish starts to turn pink, turn it over and add the zucchini with a handful of salt to the pan. Saute for a few minutes
