Join me and let's see how to make Galician Mediterranean-style mussels
Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, put two liters of salted water in a saucepan, put the mussels and put on the fire for 10 minutes. Once opened, set aside, put a pan on the fire with the oil, sauté the chopped onion and the chopped garlic until the onion is tender, add the tomato and mix well. Then add the flour, mix well and let it brew for a few minutes so that the flour is not raw.
Step 2
Put the paprika on the tip of a spoon, and the chilli peppers, turn around and add the wine, let it cook for a few minutes so that the alcohol evaporates. Add 1 liter of the water if you have made the mussels, let them cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Separate the mussels leaving only one shell, and place them on top of the sauce, which we will have rectified with salt if necessary. Let it cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, ready to enjoy, take advantage of it.
