    I don't put quantities of cheese, and ham, it's enough to cover all the puff pastry.

    We put the ham and cheese

    We roll it up tight, once we have it we break it into pieces, put it on a baking tray with paper.

    Paint with the beaten egg, pour the sesame seeds on top.

    Put the bottom and top in the oven at 160º for about 10-12 minutes
