  • 1 sprig of chopped parsley
  • 1 diced onion
  • 100 g of carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chopped corn
  • 1/2 kilo of potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • salt
  • 2 powdered beef broths
  • 400 g of minced pumpkin, skinless

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Make a sauté with the onion, the garlic. Add the meat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in an express pot.
  • Step 2
  • Add salt, powdered broths and 1 1/2 liter of cold water.
