Ingredients

  • 1/4 of ground beef
  • 1 onion cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot cut into julienne strips
  • 2 ground cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bell pepper cut into julienne strips
  • American corn cuts (optional)
  • 6 medium potatoes (cut in half optional)
  • Pumpkin cuts (optional)
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 2 eggs
  • Chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • Colored chili pepper
  • Oregano
  • 1/4 cup of rice

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a saucepan, make a stir-fry with the onion, carrot, paprika, garlic, oregano and colored chili pepper.
