1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 package wonton wrappers (about 48 pieces)
8 cups chicken broth
2-3 bok choy leaves, chopped

Instructions:
Step 1
In a bowl, combine ground pork, minced shrimp, garlic, ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.

Place a small amount of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal, ensuring no air is trapped inside.
Step 3
Bring the two bottom corners of the triangle together and seal with a bit of water, creating the classic wonton shape.

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer.

Carefully drop the wontons into the simmering broth and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they float to the surface and the filling is cooked through.
