Recipe of Double chocolate ice cream

Ingredients

• 70 g mascarpone
• 200 g Greek yogurt or whipped cheese
• 15 g xylitol
• 10 g pure cocoa
• 1 tbsp of cocoa nibs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Coverage
• 40 g dark chocolate s/a
• 1 tbsp coconut oil

   Mix all the ingredients of the ice cream well, pour them into our molds and freeze for at least 3 hours

   For the topping, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a glass with 30 strokes in the microwave; cover our ice cream with the help of a spoon and enjoy!
