500 ml salmorejo (see my salmorejo express recipe):
400 grams crushed tomato
80 grams sliced bread
60 ml extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
Step 1
The first thing is to cook the whole potato for 15 minutes in a pot or saucepan with plenty of water and salt. Drain and gratin for 10 minutes in the microwave. We finished the sandwiches by placing the other three slices of toast (with the toasted side up) and on them the other three slices of cheese
Step 9
We will heat the salmorejo for a minute in the microwave. Set aside. We will heat each sandwich for one minute in the microwave and cover with the hot salmorejo.
