  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of fish stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Pasta (any type, for example spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

  • Clean the mussels, removing the beard and the “beard” inside. Wash them thoroughly under the tap and drain them.
