300 grams cooked mussel meat
1 julienned onion
2 garlic cloves cut into slices
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup fish broth
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon ground parsley

Instructions:
Step 1
In a hot pan, add the oil, onion, garlic and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat
