  • 1/4 cup berbere paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
