Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 beans or red beans
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 veal steaks
  • 3 Colombian sausages
  • 2 oranges in juice
  • 1 ripe male bananas
  • 2 green male bananas
  • 2 avocados
  • An arepa
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • We soaked the beans or red beans from the day before
  • Step 2
  • Place the beans in a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water for 30 minutes
  • Step 3
  • In the meantime, peel the green male bananas and chop them into small pieces.
  • Step 4
  • After 30 minutes, we take out the steam and add the banana in pieces with salt and a fried onion and tomato stew, leave it under pressure for another 15 or 20 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • We add salt and garlic to the fillets and then place them in a pan with a splash of oil so that they can be roasted
  • Step 6
  • In a separate pan, add the juice of 2 oranges, when it is boiling, add the sausages and lower heat to low heat, taking care that the sausages are turning over.
  • Step 7
  • In a pot, pour the cup of rice with 3 spoons of oil and 1/2 tablespoon of salt, then add 2 cups of water. When the water has evaporated, we place it on low heat, covering the pot and leaving 8 minutes
  • Step 8
  • The ripe male banana, remove the peel and chop it into long strips and pour it into pre-heated oil, wait until they are golden brown and take them out.

  • We cut the avocado into 4 pieces removing the pepper
  • Step 10
  • We fry the egg in very hot oil.
