  • 1 leaf of nori seaweed.
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 lettuce leaves.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 1 avocado.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Cook the sushi rice with a cup of water until it softens completely.
  • Step 2
  • Add the vinegar, sugar, mix and set aside for 10 minutes.

  • Cut all the vegetables into thin sticks and the lettuce into pieces.
  • Step 4
  • Place the nori seaweed on the mat, spread the rice into an even bed, leaving one centimeter free at one end of the seaweed.

  • Add lettuce, carrot, cucumber and avocado at one of the narrower ends.

  • Roll up carefully, pressing until you get the shape of the roll.
