  • 1 cups of sugar.
  • ½ teaspoon of orange zest.
  • ¼ teaspoon of lemon zest.
  • Juice from 2 oranges.
  • Juice from 2 lemons.
  • ¾ cup of cointreau (orange liqueur).
  • 1 cup of frozen butter in cubes.

  • Sift the flour into a bowl.

  • Form a crown and add 2 eggs.

  • Add half of the milk, beat so that no lumps form and add the butter that has been heated over low heat, until it has a delicate hazelnut color.
